December Hoar Frost

Posted by MaryB (Staffordshire, United Kingdom) on 16 December 2010 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

I've managed to post at last, so very hectic here atm. ( looking after my elderly MIL)
This is a very stark contrast to my last post, there is virtually no colour in this at all! with the odd exception.
Well it's been really unusually cold here, we had the most amazing Hoar Frost on the 12th December. Couldn't get very far, as it was just too slippy under foot but I did get down to the bottom of the lane, to get this one :)
Hope you're all well and keeping warm, hugs to all xx

PS. Thank you for all the comments on my last photo, I read them all, hopfully I'll have more time in the New Year to return the favour :)
