I took so many shots of these beautiful damselflies, I've just managed to look at them all! :) there are a few nice ones but this will be the last from this batch.
Any tips or constructive criticism are welcome :)

ON OUR RECENT TRIP, TO NORWAY AND THE ARCTIC, WE VISITED 7 PLACES AND TRAVELED A TOTAL DISTANCE OF 4233 NAUTICAL MILES 1 nautical mile = 1.15 land miles or 1.852 kilometers.
Nice shots of these damselflies... My favorite photo somehow is the first one you posted... Still all of them are great!

Its a brilliant set of pictures Mary I have enjoyed them all - so very clear and colourful as well.

Excellent photo! You must have the patients of a saint! We have these buggers all over but do think they will sit still long enough for a shot or maybe it's me that wont sit still long enough! lol Great work MaryB! :D

@seventhray: I am a patient person, but they had me running around like a wild woman, trying to get a decent capture :) and as they were mostly around the edge of a pool, it was difficult, I nearly ended up in the pool myself a couple of times lol Thank you for your kind comments :)
I have to look at the series you tell about, now I've little time, but it promises much watching plaisure looking at these two, they have no manners, I must say, what is the front one doing with the one he is holding? It cannot be mating or I must be mistaken!

@Erik: Thank you Erik, I'm not too sure what they are doing, but the're were a lot of the dramselflies doing it! It could possibly be the way they mate. :)
