Have you got your sunglasses handy, you'll need it for this one. LOL :D
Not the best capture, the suns too bright and I missed the front of the boat!!!
But I wanted to show you what I saw and thought was amazing, how the sun caught the waves made by the water skier and made them look like flames in the water. best to view this one large to see the details :)

I've only had my camera a few months, so I'm still learning and trying out different things with it. I think it's a great camera :) and looking at your portfolio you know what you are doing with it :)

Hi Mary, this is just marvelous! I tried to take pics of the sun but it never comes out anything close to this! Beautifully done...and along with the composition it's a perfect capture! B-)

I'd planned on posting only the ones without the actual sun in them, I managed it with the first 2, then my husband persuaded me to post yesterdays, and today the full sun. LOL. tomorrow I'm back to birds :)

Neat shot! The sunset is beautiful. Nice capture of the fun moment. yeah it would have been nicer if you caught the entire boat.

@Stunner: Thanks Stunner, I was sooo busy trying to avoid the full sun, and capture the sunlight on the waves, that I forgot about the boat LOL :D

the sun is not bright at all... nice capture... i think if you clean up the top-left hand corner and i would just crop off the boat and make it look like panaromic, it would be a better sunset :) and thank you for your comment.

In the end I just desided to go for it :D

cant beat a good sunset tho no matter what. while to you, the shot might not be perfect but it definitely does a great job and making me wish i was there in person.
