Rahul from Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaBeautiful capture of aqua-life. It aint easy to shoot behind the glass and you have done it perfectly well here. LOVELY shot and gorgeous colors. :) 23 Jul 2007 5:03am @Rahul: Cheers Rahul, :) I did find this a challenge, the room was in darkness, with just the glow from inside the aquarium, and they were so shy, as soon as they saw me looming towards them with the camera, the were off to hide, behind the rocks and vegitation :D @Myst: Thank you Myst :) these were such shy, graceful little creatures. Isn't it a miracle how two totally different creatures resemble each other so much! 25 Jul 2007 10:34pm Andrew Gould from Sydney, AustraliaWhat a beautiful yellow. You've done an excellent job under what must have been rather difficult circumstances, therefore the slight lack of clear focus is quite forgiveable. Ideally, you would have used a higher shutter speed and/or a smaller aperture to cover yourself, here. To do this, you'd have to have used a higher ISO, which might have given you an unacceptable amount of noise. (Whether this would have been a great problem would depend on your particular camera, of course.) I may seem to have gone into unneeded details here, but I did not want to pass this point of sharpness over, and neither did I want to appear to be criticising. 26 Jul 2007 6:10am @Andrew Gould: Thank you Andrew :) red queen from Scotland, United KingdomHe was probably thinking, "You can't even change your colour in peace in this place.":) I'm pleased you took the photograph, though - great colours. 28 Jul 2007 4:23pm |
