This is the Fountain from the grounds of Castle Howard, with Atlas at the centre. Last one from Castle Howard, Monday it's York :) Thank you everyone, whose viewed and commented on my p-blog. sorry I've not had the time to thank you all individually or to comment on your lovely photos as much as I would like. Have a great weekend everyone :)

@ColNed Pictures: Thank you ColNed :) I only had to play with the contrast and midtones on this one as it was a bit bright against the dark clouds, so I needed to bring out the detail. :)

Wow, you have been busy... when you said you had to play catch up on my blog I remembered I hadn't been on yours in a bit and I missed a lot. Love this and all the resent posts especially the boats with the names of flowers.

Good shot, good position and background helps to frame the sculpture. Have fun in York, I was up there one day last week, had a great time.

Nice shot Mary, i like the color tones here, kinda antique touch to it. Hope you had a great weekend, i am just back from golfing. Else more or less the weekend was a relaxed one, spent most time off internet on the notebook learning the Photoshop and playing with it hehehe....

I haven't been getting by as much as I'd like either. Only had time to post a photo every morning, and not really any time to look at other photos. Unfortunate, as there is a lot to be learned from looking at everyone else's work.
