SUPER MACRO, BRAVO 16 Aug 2007 5:40am @Dimitrios: :) you could be right, I watched these two for some time, and the little fly was having great fun climbing all over the caterpiller, who just went on munching at the leaf :) Gilles Daigneault from Granby, Québec, CanadaFly (angry): THIS was my favorite leaf, GO AWAY! 16 Aug 2007 6:10am @Gilles Daigneault: :), It's funny you should say that Gilles, but I have another shot and it looks like the little fly is trying to push the caterpiller off the leaf :D @Evi: Thank you as always Evi :) @ColNed Pictures: Thank you so much ColNed I really appreciate your comment :) Soodabeh from Yazd, IranWOW! LOL :D @Maysam: I think the caterpiller was to full of leaves to worry too much about the fly, the fly wanted to play, but the caterpiller just carried on eating the leaf :) @Mike Raffan: Cheers Mike, I love seeing little creatures close up, it's always amazing when the pic is uploaded, to see the detail on the screen :) Lorraine from CanadaFabulous!!! such details...they're probably telling each other, their parents would never agree! 16 Aug 2007 9:27am @Lorraine: Awww! cheers Lorraine :) celialee from Kyoto, JapanAwesome! But I'm afraid the fly is a kind of wasp of a wasp family with no friendly intentions (a so-called ichneumon) towards caterpillars, they see them as food for their offspring. I hope I'm wrong, but the picture is still beautiful, though, and unique! 17 Aug 2007 8:23am @Nick Passantino: Why, thank you Nick I appreciate your comment :) Harald from Frankfurt am Main, GermanyAn amazing macro.
