@tyan: Wow! thank you tyan, I have to say I was really happy with this capture, I had tried to get a shot of the statue many times before but the sky was never this dramatic.

I don't know what to say. Before I came here I was watching an anime (Japanese animation) called D.Gray man, episode 15, and they had the same statue in it. Such coincident! I am shocked.

@Michael: I have played with some of the failed shots of this statue, but only with the contrast and colour, as I only have a basic program (mircosoft office picture manager) at the moment! I hope to soon have a more advanced program so that I can try something like hdr.
