This is graffitied on the back of a stone marker at the exit off the platform at the railway station in the village where I live. It took a while to decipher what it said LOL :D And just incase your wondering, the character depicted here is not indicaive of the local people :D
Any tips or constructive criticism are welcome :)
I really appreciate all your comments, thank you so much. I'm only sorry I've not got time to respond. I do read all the comments and will try to answer any questions you have about my posts :)
Nice again! I love the texture. It's like an E.T. :-)

This one is lovely. The little creature is very well made and catchy. A doll like this would sell all over the world. And it says welcome. positive picture!!

@peter: Thank you Peter, that is a great idea, who knows one day I might try and make a little doll out of this graffiti.

Awwwwww, this figure actually looks so downcast to me!! I wonder if it's because of "G.W.", heh. ;) Absolutely priceless find and awesome capture, dear Mary.

One of the most fascinating and artistic graffiti pictures I saw. It's so sad and full of pity. And yet it welcomes somebody, I wonder who (s)he might be.

AMAZING SIMPLICITY
19 Nov 2007 8:11am
Very interesting. As others have noted, this image lacks the aggressive and forceful expression of most graffiti.

Cool catch!

The character is simplistic excellence personified. It reminds me of Radiohead's OK Computer for some reason. Perhaps it stands there proudly to welcome foreigners into the town. I know that my town spends more on advertising the pros of the area. Having said that, this is definitely more meaningful than some of the shite the marketing dollar has created over the past few years. :) Nicely done.
