Walking in Wonderland

This was taken on a walk a couple of days ago when we had a very beautiful frost.
This is my last post for a while, but will be back soon, before the New Year

This is a very beautiful winter landscape, Mary!The trees look marvelous, like Japanese sjetches in ink and the grasses frozen for eternity! Beautiful colour contrast, too,that makes the viewer linger and want more!

Wonderful and I get a goose skin of the similarity with our neighborhood this morning, are you sure you weren't in Hurdegaryp? I took some pictures in the same kind of neighborhood as suggested here and show them after January 1 (I've first to complete my Harlingen series). Again: amazingly beautiful, one gets silent watching it...

Wonderful picture - I love the little bit of color in what would otherwise be a monochromatic picture. The color adds some warmth to a cold day.
