Radiant.

I was photographing some flowers, that were way past their best, I thought I'd try some pp, using picasa and/or microsoft office picture manager. The next two shots are the results.

This is gorgeous! What kind of light did you use? the glow on the center is just beautiful!!!

@Jen: Hi Jen, I used natural diffused sunlight for this, I positioned the camera to the left, then moved myself around to diffuse the light. The flower is actually a pretty mid pink/lilac shade. The poor thing is fading and the petals are slowly loosing their colour (being darker on the ends than the centre now) I saturated the colour to pep it up a bit and also to add colour to the dying petals, then did a little work on the contrast to mainly darken the background, as the sunlight made the black wall look a more dark grey, then added the soft focus around the edges. I think that's all :D
