Wishing you all a happy and blessed Easter. "See" you all Monday or Tuesday :)
A message from our friend Behrooz Sangani bsuprised.aminus3.com
Sir Arthur C. Clarke, the great writer who was well-known for his science fictions around the world, died on Marth 19th at the age of 90. Sir Arthur believed that we live in a world where anything is possible. He brought us images from the future, took us beyond our small world, and made us believe that imaginations can easily become reality. His three laws were, and still are: 1. "When a distinguished but elderly scientist states that something is possible, he is almost certainly right. When he states that something is impossible, he is very probably wrong." 2. "The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible." 3. "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."
I would like to dedicate a day, let's say the last day of this month March 31th, to his memory, so I decided to suggest a theme for the day.
** Clarke's Day ** Dare to dream, let your imagination run wild, show us that impossible is merely a word in the dictionary. Take an element from his dreams, or yours, and make a picture. It can simply be a sign with the number 2001 on it or a picture of a UFO, but I'm not suggesting anything. It's up to you, my friend.
In case you are interested, please copy this text to your photoblog to spread the word. Thank you, Behrooz Sangani
Any tips or constructive criticism are welcome :)

Mary, the mirror image, here is how I did it. I did use ps you may have another program. Open up a suitable image. open up a copy of the image or in PS ctrl A, ctrl C, ctrl N, then ok then ctrl V. Flip one image 180 degree horizontal. Create a blank image large enough to accomodate both images, copy or drag each image into the new blank image, you will have 3 layers to work with including the background. resize (if necessary) each of the the images you copied and very slightly overlap the edge ensuring they line up vertically. Then in ps or probably another program use the healing brush to get rid of the joint line. If you want more info on the healing brush let me know.
