Yesterday, we went to Chasewater Railway, (Nr. Brownhills, Staffordshire UK.) http://www.chasewaterrailway.co.uk/history/history.php
We had just been watching the Steam Engine starting to pull off, when this guy on his scooter came along. The posts over the next few day's are from there.
Any tips or constructive criticism are welcome :)
I really appreciate all your comments, thank you so much. I'm only sorry I've not got time to respond. I do read all the comments and will try to answer any questions you have about my posts :)

Wow... two of my favorite things in one shot. The old 'Mod' scooter is great, followed by a steam train, did you time that shot? BTW It's a great photo.
14 Apr 2008 5:31am
@Observing: Glad you like it Mike :) I wish I could say that I'd timed it but it was just one of those lucky shots. My hubby shouted to me that there were some scooters coming up, so I quickly switched to auto and took the shot. There was a family fun day on at the rugby club just up the road and he and his pals were coming from there.
Now that is a scooter! I like how the train is just peeking around the bend. Nice shot!

I love it, it's fantastic, do you know how much I love trains, and their symphony, when I hear the distant call of a train I take a deep breath...aww Lord, I love this ;) Had to take a second look and that's when I noticed the many lights on the bike, did you add that? 'cause really that would blind other drivers to no end, n'est-ce pas lol ;)
14 Apr 2008 6:55am
@Lorraine: Thank you Lorraine, I have to say I love trains too, especially steam trains :) The light's and mirrors on the bike were all his. There was a rally on a bit futher down the road, that was comming to an end when we arrived :(
great capture.
