Trondheim

August 7th (our Silver Wedding Anniversary) our port of call was the city of Trondheim.

From the Ships log.

Trondheim is of the largest cities in Norway and was the capital until 1380. It is a commercial centre for the surrounding agricultural areas.
The Pilot was on the Bridge this morning by 0040 and shortly afterwards we entered into Trondheimfjord and proceeded to the berth. the distance from when we entered into the fjord to the berth is approximately 85 nautical miles. We were all fast at the berth by 0803.

Please note that the Viking helmet wasn't made in Norway. :D
