@Lorraine: Thanks Lorraine, he'd pinched the spoon out of my coffee cup! I think he needed a drink after eating the peanuts my hubby had given him :)

Beautiful character you have here. Excellent color and clarity. Caught up in humorous mischief.
I've had one of these little guys for 20 years now. Before that I was not a (pet) bird person. He changed everything for me.
Known as a Quaker parrot a/k/a Monk Parakeet, they are very sociable birds that live in colonies.
Great capture.

marvelous colors and capture Mary, love these birds, parrots are one of the kind very adorable, I do have pair of love birds and they are so cute, their actions, walking ways, eating :) , do place more of that cute parrot with different styles.
