Thinking.

This is the same little Monkey as yesterday, he was deep in thought before he heard us humans laughing under the tree he was sitting in.

It's unusuall for these monkies to react to humans, although they see them nearly everyday, they are very shy creatures and the staff have as little contact with them as possible, so they can be released back into the wild. They have no cages and live compleatly free.
They are Barabary Macaques and there are only about 10,000 of them left in the wild.
